From the Big Top to Goat Tents

Greenbelt Festival

Take one racecourse, thousands of people with a keen interest in activities ranging from worship to fringe theatre and it must be the ever popular Greenbelt Festival. B&H Sound Services were happy to work on this major event held at Cheltenham Racecourse. Providing technical support for over 29 venues involved a wide range of tasks handling the Big Top stage to setting up plasma screens in goat tents at the Youth Village.

The B&H team planned for the unscheduled well in advance by keeping a 40ft trailer on site with a wide range of extra equipment which might be needed for last minute changes.

Pete Allison of Event and Management Services noted, ‘We’ve worked with B&H for many years and are always pleased with their excellent high standards. They supported venues right across the site which contributed to the overall success of Greenbelt.’

    • St. Nicolas Parish Church, Cranleigh

St. Nicolas Parish Church Cranleigh is a wonderfully preserved example of medieval architecture. Yet the congregation enjoys music with both a spiritual and recreational flavour. When this 12th century church required a new sound system, they called on b+h.
